This is a tentative schedule!! You will receive a more accurate schedule at Check-In. Self Check-In is available anytime if the room is open.
Complimentary breakfast is available. (Guests will be given Breakfast Vouchers when they check in – up to 2 per room, per day they’re staying. They can use these vouchers in the Restaurant between the hours of 6AM and 11AM each morning that they’re here.) Sign in and welcoming from 10 AM and throughout the day in the Windsor Ballroom. A great time to renew old friendships and to meet new friends. The Crystal Ballroom will serve as our hospitality room for the duration of the reunion. We will have patches, pins, and decals for purchase at the registration table.
Tuesday
Registration OPEN all day right after Breakfast.
12:30 PM Branson Showboat Lunch Cruise. We will carpool there. Leave times will be announced at the reunion.
5:30 PM Dinner Buffet.
3:30 PM Cash bar opens in the Hospitality Suite until 9:00 PM. (we are still working on this, not confirmed)
Check In and welcoming all day. A great time to renew old friendships and to meet new friends at the same time.
Wednesday
Complimentary breakfast is available from 6AM to 11AM.
2:00 PM – Dutton Family Show. This is within walking distance. The exact leave time will be announced at the reunion.
5:30 PM – Dinner Buffet
You will be able to self Check In all day if the room is open.
Thursday
Breakfast is available in the hotel is available from 6AM to 11AM.
10:00 AM: Hospitality Suite for general membership meeting.
11:00 AM: Raffle in the hospitality Suite
Afternoon
2:30 PM: Couple/Individual pictures. Location to be announced.
3:30 PM: Group pictures. Location to be announced.
5:30 PM: Social Hour in the Hospitality Suite. Cash bar opens at 4:30 PM and remains open until after the meal is served. (we are still working on this, not confirmed)
5:30 PM Dinner Buffet.
Friday
AM – Goodbyes and Checkout for those that are scheduled to leave.
