Deadline for Hotel Reservations is July 8th. We can’t guarantee the rate after that date.
We will have two group events this year. On Tuesday we will take a luncheon cruise on a riverboat, $65. Deadline for reservations is August 23. Then Wednesday afternoon will be at the Dutton Family Show, $30. Deadline for reservations is August 30. It is within walking distance of the hotel.
We will have 3 meals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evening all at the hotel. They are buffets.
All of the meals are $20 each. Breakfast is included in your Hotel Reservation.
Check-In will be open all day Tuesday. Self Check-In will be open Wednesday and Thursday.
The Reunion Fee is $40 per person and includes our operational costs. The total cost for everything is $195 per person.
You may register OnLine below or you may download forms to print and mail. For the later, click on Registration Manual Download from the Registration Menu item above. The choice is yours.
Now to the personal info on the form. Please fill in all blanks that you can. If you have more than two guests, use the “Other Guests included on this registration” to include their First and Last names on your registration. Other guests could be a child or grandchild or a friend that is coming with you. Be sure to include them in your dinner and tour counts. If you are bringing someone who wants to pay for their own or you want two separate registrations, you or they can fill out a separate registration. Whatever is easiest for you is OK, I will figure it out. At the very bottom of the form you can write an explanation if needed.

The names you put on the form are the way they will be on the Name Tags. I don’t care that they don’t match your check, put your name as you want it on the name tag. Also, this year we are putting your unit and the dates you were there on the Name Tags. That info will come from the Roll Call so make sure your info is correct there or send me a note on the registration.
If you have been to a reunion in the past years starting with Branson (2021), you may skip the address blocks if you want as I will have your information. If you have moved, I won’t have it!! Up to you to skip or fill out.
Avoid using the Enter key to move from one space to another. Use the Tab key instead or the mouse. If you use the Enter key, it might send the form incomplete. That is OK, just continue filling the form and I will delete the duplicate.
We can no longer accept Venmo. I got caught collecting for our reunion on my personal account because someone put that it was a purchase and they charge a fee for that! I’m working on getting a non-profit account but there will still be a fee, only smaller.
