Dress: Casual at all events. Some do dress up more for the Banquet but some wear jeans. Ladies, for the Banquet some wear dresses and others wear dressier pants with a blouse. Some wear jeans. Just be yourself and you will be fine. My wife usually wears slacks and a nice blouse, however, she has worn a dress before. I usually wear black or blue jeans and a collared shirt. A lot of guys wear jackets. There is no judgement among we brothers and sisters at these events. As long as you and your clothes are clean, everyone will be happy.
Alcoholic Drinks: This depends upon the hotel. This years hotel doesn’t allow outside beverages except in your room. They will have open bars in the hospitality room. Please don’t get caught sneaking some in. If we don’t keep a good working relationship with the hotel, it will make things more difficult and they can demand payment for lost revenue. This hotel has made several cost concessions to accommodate us this year. Let’s treat them right please.
