Deadline for registrations is Sep 22nd.  We can’t guarantee anything after that date.

Deadline for Hotel Reservations is Sep 12th.  We can’t guarantee the rate after that date.

The tour will be at the NASA Houston Space Center.

Saturday Banquet will be at the hotel as usual.  You will have the choice from Two Entrees to select on the form.

We will also provide a Thursday Evening Dinner and a Friday Evening Dinner also at the hotel.  They are buffets.

All of the meals are $30 each.  Breakfast is included in your Hotel Reservation.

Check-In will be open all day Thursday.  Self Check-In will be open Friday and Saturday.

Let’s talk about Friday’s activities.  9:00 AM  Space Center Houston Tour with Metropolitan Shuttle buses departing the main entrance at 9:00 AM and returning before 5:00PM.   The tour is approx. 5 hours and what we understand it includes 3 tram tours of the facility and 1 at an extra cost.  Click HERE to read about how to get on the Trams. Everyone will receive a lunch voucher good for $22.50 anything over that you will have to pay. Wheelchairs are allowed as are scooters. 

Reunion Activities

The Reunion Fee is $40 per person and includes our operational costs.  The total cost for everything is $205 per person. 

You may register OnLine below or you may download forms to print and mail.  For the later, click on Registration Manual Download from the main menu above.  The choice is yours.

Now to the personal info on the form.  Please fill in all blanks that you can.  If you have more than two guests, use the “Other Guests included on this registration” to include their First and Last names on your registration. Other guests could be a child or grandchild or a friend that is coming with you.  Be sure to include them in your dinner and tour counts.  If you are bringing someone who wants to pay for their own or you want two separate registrations, you or they can fill out a separate registration.  Whatever is easiest for you is OK, I will figure it out.  At the very bottom of the form you can write an explanation if needed.

The names you put on the form are the way they will be on the Name Tags.  I don’t care that they don’t match your check, put your name as you want it.  Also, this year we are putting your unit and the dates you were there on the Name Tags.  That info will come from the Roll Call so make sure your info is correct there or send me a note on the registration.

If you have been to a reunion in the past 4 years, Branson, Mobile, Rapid City, Dayton, you may skip the address blocks if you want as I will have your information.  If you have moved, I won’t have it!!  Up to you to skip or fill out.

Avoid using the Enter key to move from one space to another.  Use the Tab key instead or the mouse.  If you use the Enter key, it might send the form incomplete. That is ok, just continue filling the form and I will delete the duplicate.
