The tour will be at the USAF National Museum not far from the Hotel. We plan on car pooling there and back. If you can help car pool, please check the box on the Registration Form. If you need a ride, check that box.
Saturday Banquet will be at the hotel as usual. You will have the choice from Two Entrees to select on the form.
We will also provide a Thursday Evening Dinner and a Friday Evening Dinner also at the hotel. They are buffets.
All of the meals are $30 each. Breakfast is included in your Hotel Reservation.
Unfortunately there aren’t any restaurants or fast food within walking distance of the hotel.
Check-In will be open all day Thursday. Self Check-In will be open Friday.
Let’s talk about Friday’s activities. We will car pool to the USAF Museum. If you are willing to provide a vehicle for car pooling, please check the box on the registration form. If you need a ride, also check that box. Wheelchairs are allowed as are scooters. We will start car pooling about 8:45; the museum opens at 9:00 and closes at 5:00 The museum is free but you will have to pay for your own lunch. Also, there is a charge for the Air Force Museum Theater, flight simulators, Launchpad Shop ‘n Snack and Museum Store. Please visit the Air Force Museum Foundation website or call (937) 253-4629 for show times and prices.
We understand the it may take 2 days to see the entire museum depending upon how fast you move through it. So you may want to plan on it for Thursday also.
The Reunion Fee is $40 per person and includes our operational costs. The total cost for everything is $130 per person.
You may register OnLine below or you may download forms to print and mail. For the later, click on Registration Manual Download from the main menu above. The choice is yours.
Now to the personal info on the form. Please fill in all blanks that you can. If you have more than two guests, use the “Other Guests included on this registration” to include their First and Last names on your registration. Other guests could be a child or grandchild or a friend that is coming with you. Be sure to include them in your dinner and tour counts. If you are bringing someone who wants to pay for their own or you want two separate registrations, you or they can fill out a separate registration. Whatever is easiest for you is OK, I will figure it out. At the very bottom of the form you can write an explanation if needed.
Form Instructions:
This is the form you can use to register for the Phan Rang Reunion on-line. A copy of this info will be sent to Treasurer Bob Tucker and you. If you don’t get an email pretty quick, like a minute or so, check your Junk Email, It might be in there. It will be from PhanRang@BMTuck.com. Some have had problems receiving my emails. After I download your registration, which may be a day or two, you will receive an email from PhanRang@BMTuck.com. Again, if you don’t get an email, please let me know. You can change any field before you hit “Register”. If you made a mistake or hit “Register” by accident, just do another form and I will delete the bad one. Please submit the Registration Fee made out to Phan Rang Vietnam Veterans and mail ASAP to Bob Tucker, P.O. Box 344, Bucklin, KS 67834. Credit Cards are not accepted but I do have Venmo now. You will not be registered until payment is received. You will receive a confirmation from me when your payment is received. The names you put on the form are the way they will be on the Name Tags. I don’t care that they don’t match your check, put your name as you want it. Also, this year we are putting your unit and the dates you were there on the Name Tags. That info will come from the Roll Call so make sure your info is correct there or send me a note on the registration.
If you have been to a reunion in the past 3 years, Branson, Mobile, Rapid City, you may skip the address blocks if you want as I will have your information. If you have moved, I won’t have it!! Up to you to skip or fill out.
Avoid using the Enter key to move from one space to another. Use the Tab key instead or the mouse. If you use the Enter key, it might send the form incomplete. That is ok, just continue filling the form and I will delete the duplicate.

When making meal choices, if there are 2 of you that want the same thing, just check the one box. If there are 3 or more, leave me a note saying how many of each entree are needed in the comments section at the bottom please.
